(More customer reviews)This product is not what it is supposed to be. First one I got took over 2 hours to fully charge, so I returned it for a replacement. Second one took 3 1/2+ hours for initial charge, 2 1/2+ hours next time. Returning it, too. Amazon has great customer service.
