Shipping cost almost as much the product and wasn't very fast. The 30-day return period of SkyBox-USA starts from the day of purchase. I got them 10 days after purchase. The first charge was fine. But the second charge started to give that 10-picture performance already. I first suspected that I wasn't charging them properly and tried draining them with the function provided by my camera. It didn't work. And because of this self-check and the time constraints I had during finals' period and the holiday season, I missed the deadline to demand a refund or exchange. In sum, $17 dollars and more than a month's hassle and frustration gave four unusable batteries.
